Beautiful location. IHOP is right next door also haha <3. The onsite food was delicious as well. Rooms were huge, no apartment buildings across the street looking in at you, you can actually keep your curtains open! The windows open too!

Loved everything about this hotel. Location is great and mostly away from downtown noise, rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. We were able to find street parking which is free on Sundays. Great stay and recommended.

The staff are very nice & informative. Room very clean, quiet & comfy. Jimmy’s restaurant has tasty food especially the clam chowder. There is parking. The hotel is close to major hospitals, walking or driving. Driving to the check in area is odd due to downtown Seattle streets.

We got one of the suites for our stay. Coffee maker and coffee, robes and, to top it all off, a 2 person whirlpool bathtub. The whole setup of the room with all the normal bath stuff and kitchenette was over the top. Well priced for all the amenities.

The staff was super accommodating and understanding with the situation I was in with my wife being in the hospital and I needed a room to sleep that day, I highly recommend them. The price is a bit steep but in order to be only minutes from my wife it was well worth it. I will definitely be staying here again under much better circumstances. Shout out to Michelle the front desk supervisor who was understanding and very helpful with getting me into a room on such short notice, she really is awesome, thank you.

Had a liver transplant at Swedish and the put me up here for about a month and a half. Had to change rooms once, but it went ok. Had alot of stuff to move. They have been very accommodating. Needed an extra fridge and had one in under 30mins. Very good place to stay.

Wow, a real hotel! Things are comfy, clean, and in a great area. Seems rare to find this anymore! And the price was reasonable; too often proprietors (professional, or amateurs) charge multiple hundreds of dollars in major cities, simply because they can. I hope this hotel, and this whole chain, are really as efficient and profitable as it is outwardly apparent, because people really need a hotel like this anywhere they go in the country! Keep up the good work!

We have stayed in this hotel every time we visit Seattle since the first time around 20 years ago. I don't know why it had been so long, but it had over 10 years since I had last spent time in Seattle proper. We have always enjoyed this hotel, but I was a bit hesitant after my stay at the Mukilteo location a few months back. Thankfully, this was not that, and I was quite impressed. They seem to be maintaining this one, and I would say it is better than it was the last time I was here. The location is great; it is very central to a lot of things, and close to good bus lines, Link, and the streetcar. Somewhat unrelated, but Seattle really impressed me with this visit, and I could ride around on public transit here doing nothing else for a week happily. The only complaints about the room were that the hair dryer needs replaced, and one of the windows was broken (didn't close properly, not broken glass). Otherwise, it was clean, spacious, and just comfortable and enjoyable to be in. I slept well, the shower is great, and it was fairly quiet and able to be made quite dark. The only true thing that was questionable was check-out. I told the person I checked out with that the window is broken. She looked at me like she had no idea why I would be telling her that, then I said "I just thought you might want to know," and she nodded with a dismissive "okay." I don't know what happened there, but it certainly wasn't going to ruin the stay. We will be moving close enough to Seattle that I don't see staying here again, but I certainly would recommend to anyone that is.
